What to bring along....

This list is not exhaustive, nor are all items necessary.

High Value Treats

Meat, cheese, liver cake, anything smelly. This really should be something that is high value to your dog. so have a play with some things at home see what he likes the best. Tubes of primula are a good 'no mess' treat and very popular in our house.

Low Value Treats

kibble, veg, anything your dog is interested in but doesn't necessarily go wild over. Its fine if he does, its just good to have variety.

Toys

Something your dog enjoys playing with, it can be a fancy toy from the shop or a pair of rolled up socks. So long as he likes it.

Walking equipment

whatever you usually walk him in. For untrained dogs I recommend a harness, collar and lead. We will work through how and when to use the different items in your session. A slip lead may be used for experienced handlers and dogs who understand heel. A decent longline is very usefull if we are working on recall.

Poo Bags

Water

Towel

Positive Mental Attitude!

Finally do dress for the weather and ground, we are on farmland and quite high up so it can get chilly in the winter.
